ORDERS
Orders can be placed by post, E-mail or fax or via our online ordering system.
PAYMENTS
Payment may be made by cheque (Payable to "The Incredible Cricket Company"), or by Bank Transfer.
Our trade Terms are full payment within 28 days from receipt of goods. Ordering from us is deemed acceptance of these terms.

All pictures and descriptions are intended to be accurate representations. However, it may be necessary to make changes and substitutions due to circumstances beyond our control without notice.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a serious complaint regarding service or merchandise, an email or letter should be sent for the attention of the Managing Director at the address on our contact pages. You have our assurance it will be investigated, and an explanation provided. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issue to the satisfaction of all parties.
ADVERTISED PRICES
Wherever possible we attempt to advertise our products at the most competitive price available. We do however retain the right to make alterations to the prices at any time. In the event of a clear error in pricing we also retain the right to advise the customer accordingly offering the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or to receive a refund in full.
